1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pilgrim: Bible & Daily Prayermobile application ("the App") provided by Dozcore ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service & License to Use

Pilgrim: Bible & Daily Prayer is a bible & reference application that provides the following features:

• Read the Whole Bible. Read the complete Bible in KJV, WEB, or ASV. Browse by book and chapter, pick up right where you left off, and adjust text size for comfortable reading.
• Guided Bible Reading Plans. Build a consistent devotional habit with reading plans for every season — from 7-day topical plans to the Life of Jesus, the New Testament in 90 Days, and the entire Bible in a Year.
• Daily Bible Quiz & Trivia. Test your Bible knowledge with daily quiz challenges across the Old and New Testaments. Earn points, build streaks, and track your progress book by book.
• Verse Memorization. Hide God's Word in your heart with a smart verse memory tool built on spaced repetition — so the verses you learn actually stick.
• Community Prayer Wall. Share prayer requests and lift up others in a caring prayer community. Because you are never praying alone.
• Private Faith Journal. Reflect on your walk with God in a private journal with mood tracking and a visual consistency streak — your own quiet space to process, give thanks, and grow.
• Bible Stories, Retold. Rediscover the Bible's greatest stories — from Creation to the Cross — retold in a warm, narrative style for readers of every age.
• Made to Fit Your Life. Choose Sanctuary Dark or Morning Light theme, set a daily reading reminder, and read in English or Malayalam — Pilgrim adapts to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Certain features of Pilgrim: Bible & Daily Prayer may require you to create an account or provide information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User Content & Acceptable Use

Some features may allow you to submit, post, or share content — such as prayer requests, comments, journal entries, or other contributions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for it. By submitting User Content that is shared publicly within the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the App.

You agree not to use the App to: post unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content; impersonate any person or entity; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; distribute spam, malware, or automated queries; or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App. We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate access for conduct we consider a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding your User Content and any third-party or public-domain materials), is owned by or licensed to Dozcore and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Scripture text and other public-domain works are provided for your personal study and remain in the public domain.

7. Third-Party Services & App Stores

Pilgrim: Bible & Daily Prayer is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to the terms of the applicable platform. The App may rely on third-party services to provide certain features:

• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store Services

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content within it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dozcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of Pilgrim: Bible & Daily Prayer after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, except where local consumer- protection laws provide otherwise.
