1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weigh It Up!mobile application ("the App") provided by Dozcore ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service & License to Use

Weigh It Up! is a games & puzzles application that provides the following features:

• Exact-Gram Balance Puzzles. Drop fruit on one pan, add weights to the other, and hit the customer's exact target to serve the order, earn coins and collect tips.
• Think Like a Puzzle Pro. Put weights on the fruit pan to subtract, and use sealed, pre-weighed goods as counterweights on either pan to unlock tougher orders.
• Earn All 3 Stars. Find the smartest combo with the fewest weights. Spot hidden fruit weights and fix broken scales as levels get trickier.
• Quirky Customers. Chefs, CEOs, movie stars, influencers and wedding planners all want their order exact — and some are in a hurry. Serve before their patience runs out.
• Hundreds of Levels. Travel from the Village Market to new market worlds, each with fresh mechanics and harder orders.
• Daily Challenge. A fresh puzzle every day — play the Daily Challenge, build your streak and grab bonus coins.
• Handy Power-Ups. Hint shows a correct placement, Magnifier reveals a hidden fruit's weight, Calm Customer adds patience, and Auto-calibrate fixes a broken scale.
• Brain Training That Feels Like Play. Builds mental math, addition, subtraction and problem-solving with grams and kilograms — great for kids and adults alike.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Certain features of Weigh It Up! may require you to create an account or provide information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User Content & Acceptable Use

Some features may allow you to submit, post, or share content — such as prayer requests, comments, journal entries, or other contributions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for it. By submitting User Content that is shared publicly within the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the App.

You agree not to use the App to: post unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content; impersonate any person or entity; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; distribute spam, malware, or automated queries; or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App. We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate access for conduct we consider a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding your User Content and any third-party or public-domain materials), is owned by or licensed to Dozcore and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Scripture text and other public-domain works are provided for your personal study and remain in the public domain.

7. Third-Party Services & App Stores

Weigh It Up! is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to the terms of the applicable platform. The App may rely on third-party services to provide certain features:

• Firebase (analytics, crash reporting and remote config)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store Services

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content within it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dozcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of Weigh It Up! after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, except where local consumer- protection laws provide otherwise.
